  • Maintenance optimization – focusing maintenance efforts where passenger usage and train wear was highest

  • Station-level insights – pinpointing exactly which stations and platforms passengers used most

  • Sales analytics – breaking down revenue by ticket type and passenger category (adult, child, senior, etc.)

  • Maintenance analytics – data-driven identification of areas needing proactive maintenance
